Hi! My name is Madi, and I am the founder of Iron Core Personal Training. I am a certified personal trainer, weight trainer, and group fitness leader. I am very passionate about health and fitness and staying up to date with my education. I have a bachelor’s degree in Human Kinetics that has helped me gain a deeper understanding of the mechanics of the human body. As a personal trainer and fitness leader, I am committed to helping my clients overcome their limitations and achieve their fitness goals.

Training Philosophy

My coaching focuses on proper technique, progressive strength training, and building sustainable habits. Every program is customized to the individual so clients can train safely, stay motivated, and achieve lasting results.
